SEAL 911: Saving Millions When Seconds Count.

I unearthed this article from my drafts, and given recent developments, I felt it was relevant to share.
Imagine you are working in Decentralized Finance as a project to provide value to the world, you have built a revolutionary million-dollar protocol but a hidden vulnerability lurks in the code.
That’s where SEAL 911 comes in. Created by security experts like Samczsun, SEAL 911 is a Telegram bot (now more than that) that acts as a first responder for defi emergencies.

According to it “SEAL 911 is a project designed to give users, developers, and even other security researchers an accessible method to contact a small group of highly trusted security researchers.”
The group can be reached via telegram bot (which can be checked on the above link, I haven’t added it here in case it changes)
It also states the code of conduct which can be found here: https://github.com/security-alliance/seal-911?tab=coc-ov-file
It eliminates the struggle of finding the right person/group to talk to during the critical moment, which can make the difference between losing everything and limiting the damage.
According to pcaversaccio SEAL addressed 1300 tickets this year (now would be more).
It also launched other initiatives:
Whitehat Safe Harbor Agreement
